My name is Zuzana, I´m a  self-taught artist, a university graduate with a master's degree in German & Cultural Studies. I was born and raised in Slovakia and right now I'm living in Belgium with my husband Wilko. My story is similar to that of anyone who loves to paint-ever since I can remember I have been hooked to painting.  At first painting was the way to bring my childhood phantasies into reality and later it was always the only way I could calm down my easily distracted mind. I took all classes at a local school for arts and I went to a high school that dedicated a large part of its curriculum to the arts. I dubbed my very first trademark for postcard, bags and T-shirts "zuzy", because it's short  for Zuzana in Slovak, and because I like the sound of it.
